| The first Club meeting of the New Year got off to a good start with a midweek lunch preceded by coffee and biscuits at The Old Tollgate Restaurant in Bramber. We have been here several times before and the carvery food and service is maintained at a consistently high standard. This year we were pleased to welcome the Hotel owner and his son, with his new Ghost, to dine with us and, hopefully, join the Club.
The weather was dull but at least there was no snow or ice, and forty-seven members and friends successfully navigated to Bramber. Some without their club cars though!
