| LUNCH AT THE OLD THORNS MANOR HOTEL GOLF & COUNTRY ESTATE, LIPHOOK Sunday 16 November 2014 |
| It is some years since we had a Section meeting at the now large Golf and Country Club near Liphook in Hampshire. I was delighted that the turnout, about sixty-five, was enough to make sure the management didn't make a room charge as they had threatened if our members hadn't supported the lunch.
Apart from the AGM in December this was the last event in 2014. It was a dull and somewhat rainy day so many members left their Club cars at home - you can't blame them! Tony Leach - Section Treasurer |
