This was a combined picnic event with the Bentley Drivers' Club and there was a good response from both clubs. Many members belong to both clubs, of course, so it was difficult to decide which club they had come with. In the event there was a very good selection of models of both marques, though there were only three genuine WOs. We hoped to see more of these grand old vehicles.

The weather started cloudy but the skies lightened and members enjoyed their picnics in clear sunshine, so much so that there were still quite a lot still there at 5pm closing time.
