Novium Chichester

The award-winning Novium Museum, in Chichester city centre, is free to visit. With three floors full of exhibitions and artefacts, it is a must-see for anyone with an interest in Chichester's fascinating history.

Built on the site of the old Roman baths, which now uncovered fill most of the ground floor, the museum tells the story of the history of Chichester. With both permanent and temporary exhibitions and numerous activities throughout the year, the Novium is one of Chichester's most loved attractions and is a place you will want to visit time and time again.

The Novium Museum is free to visit.

Please note some events may charge. 

The Novium Museum has a gift shop and cafe on the ground floor.

Toilets and baby change facilities are available to use.

There is level access to the main entrance and a lift to other floors. The museum is accessible for wheel chair users and visitors with disabilities.

A hearing loop is also available upon request at Reception. Registered guide dogs are permitted in the museums.
