Boxgrove Priory Chichester West Sussex

Boxgrove Priory was founded around 1107. Originally The Priory Guesthouse, the two-storey remains now stand roofless, but to the full original height, and is an interesting visit in a tranquil setting. The charming Priory Church, next to the ruins is still in use today as the main parish church.

Boxgrove Priory is available to visit any reasonable time during daylight hours.

There is no charge to visit Boxgrove Priory.

By train: the nearest train station is Chichester, from where you can pick up the number 55 bus
