Bognor Beach
The resort of Bognor Regis is six miles from Chichester. The suffix 'Regis' was added to 'Bognor' as a result of it being chosen as an ideal location for King George V to convalesce during 1929. The beach has an expanse of golden sand at low tide and the sea is safe for non-swimmers and young children.   © Photo: Ian Burt
