The Bishop's Kitchen
The Old Kitchen, Bishop's Palace, Chichester Cathedral. The great kitchen is 34ft square and has a fine roof of oak. The actual date of the kitchen roof is possibly fourteenth or fifteenth century. The walls may belong to an earlier period.   © Photo: Ian Burt
