Shipton cottage is a detached cottage situated in the pretty village of Itchenor in the Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is ideal for walking, cycling, sailing or just complete relaxation.

The cottage is just one mile from Itchenor harbour front and two miles from West Wittering beach with many footpaths and cycle paths from the cottage.

The cottage is set in half an acre with stunning views across to Itchenor Harbour and Goodwood Racecourse. The accommodation sleeps six and comprises drawing room with two large inglenook fireplaces and oak beams (TV and DVD/CD), Victorian style conservatory, dining room with exposed beams, comprehensively fitted kitchen, master bedroom with bath/shower room en suite, one further double bedroom and one twin room, family bathroom. The cottage is gas centrally heated and non-smoking. A well-behaved dog may be accepted by arrangement at an additional charge.
