LUNCH AT THE ROYAL NORFOLK HOTEL, BOGNOR REGIS - Sunday 20 October 2002
It was a damp and windy day but a total of seventy-four members and guests met for lunch
at the Royal Norfolk Hotel, which is now in private ownership and undergoing gradual refurbishment.
Everyone was very happy with the excellent luncheon and service, and I am sure we will be
returning. Most members braved the elements and came in Club cars, twenty-seven in total,
ranging from a 1929 20/25 to a 1996 Turbo R. Included were a 1935 20/25, a Mk VI, three
R-types, a Silver Wraith, three S3 Continentals, ten Shadows, four Spirits, a T-type Bentley,
an Arnage Red Label Bentley, a B8 Bentley and a Brooklands Bentley.
