Impatient to start the lunch event, I was beaten to the starting line by keen members who were there before me!

The views, and the benefit of a beautiful bright and sunny day, all made getting some members out of the sunshine into the restaurant somewhat tricky, but hunger prevailed!

The Unicorn in Heyshott, just South of Midhurst, was visited by us last year and proved to be one of the most popular venues we visited. The view from the gardens is stunning; the car park filled with club cars an impressive sight.

This delightful village pub once again pulled out all the stops, excellent food, impeccable service, and most importantly, a very warm welcome and pleasant staff.

Henry and Rosemary Fitzhugh turned up in their beautiful 1937 black and yellow Rolls-Royce 25/30, Limousine body by Park Ward. This car has a very rare and extraordinary glass handle-driven division which when open disappears up, back and under the roof lining. An extremely rare and complicated piece of machinery.
