| The week preceding the visit had been very wet with several days of continuous sea fog in Shoreham. Sunday started looking rather wet but gradually improved so that by the time members arrived it was dry and by lunchtime the sun was shining. So forty-nine members and friends sat down to a three course lunch in a secluded area of the restaurant. The food was good and everyone agreed the service was excellent.
We even had a private section of the car park to display our club cars and admire Roger Felton's newly acquired Thrupp and Maberly 1939 Bentley.
When we last visited this establishment it was the Sussex Potter. I wonder what it will be next time - as long as the food and the staff remain we will certainly return.
