| The weather forecast predicted heavy showers at best - enough to put off all but the
hardiest souls. Fifteen stalwarts arrived with their Club cars, and reluctant(!) passengers. All the attendees had their motor cars on display in the Museum grounds by the appointed hour of 10.00am. We were all rewarded with a dry day with sunny spells. It was not hot, but pleasant for walking, and for the really determined ones picnics appeared too! An ideal day for enjoying the museum exhibits and craft activities. Public attendance was surprisingly low, so our presence certainly helped to swell
the Museum's coffers.
Members seemed to enjoy the day, thanks largely to the weather being so kind,
and of course convivial company as always.
