LUNCH AT THE SUSSEX POTTER, NORTH LANCING

A new venue for the Central Southern Section, part of the same chain that owns the Crossbush at Arundel which we have visited several times in past seasons. This venue had easier access off the busy A27 and a good exclusive car park (except for the Secretary's daughter's MGF complete with a large flying lady!)

It was a beautiful Spring morning so members could enjoy chatting round the interesting selection of cars and admiring the season's new purchases. Thirty-nine members and friends sat down to lunch in a quiet section of the large dining room. We even had a visit from a reporter and photographer from the local newspaper, but don't worry, he rarely puts a film in his camera!

Motor car display.
Although there was a cold wind the early Spring sunshine tempted some to linger awhile and inspect the motor car display.

The Sussex Potter is an attractive old pub that has recently been refurbished. Ted Meachem's 2002 RR Corniche.
Laura sneaked her MG into the car park and, so she could park next to her father, cheekily passed it off as a RR/MG.
