  Guidance for all motor car entrants

Entry In Stone Street, CT21 4HX. Just follow brown signs 'Folkestone Racecourse'. See Location & Directions. For those who pre-book, Entry Tickets, Meeting Conditions & Advice and a pre-booked entry list will be posted to you in your C5 stamped, self-addressed envelope during the first week of May 2015 See RR Enthusiasts' Club. Subsequent admission to the event will only be permitted by payment on the day at the Gate (cash only).

Time Arrival from 09:00, departure by 17:00 (Monday 13:00).

Motor Cars All motor cars and other vehicles must be insured and, if appropriate, have a current Road Fund Licence and valid MOT Certificate. A working fire extinguisher should also be carried.

Parking Please follow directions of Marshals with Yellow Jackets/Flags and, if pre-booked, ensure your numbered entry ticket is clearly displayed in the centre of your windscreen before you enter the event. Non-Club cars will be parked separately.

Individual Motor Car Bookings Entries are invited from individual owners of classic British motor cars. Pre-booked cars £15 (€18) per car per day, £30 (€36) for all 3 days. Un-booked cars (ie paying cash only on the Gate) £20 (€25) per day. Owners should contact Peter Allchurch by email peter.allchurch@ntlworld.com with their postal address, to request a Booking Form and/or further information.

Security will be provided overnight Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Catering There are numerous bars, restaurants and cafeterias on site and grassed areas ideal for picnicking.

Toilets Ample toilet facilities are available in the Grandstand building and around the site.

Dogs are very welcome provided their owners behave! Please keep dogs under control, on a leash, and clear up any mishaps.

Camping and Caravans All must be booked in advance. See Accommodation.

Light-Hearted Judging On Sunday a bottle of champagne and a winner’s rosette will be presented to the winning motor car in the following classes: Best Pre-War, Best Post-War, Elegance, and Best Car of the Show. Judging will be of a light-hearted nature and carried out by special guests at the event. Only motor cars displaying an Entry Ticket will be judged.

Raffle There will be tickets on sale on the Sunday for the opportunity to win some worthwhile prizes. The draw will take place on the Sunday afternoon.
