One of the most successful community events organised by the City Council each year, the Christmas Market was held in East Pallant Car Park, Chichester, on Sunday 19 November 2006. The Continental Market was held in North Street and East Street in the City centre from Monday 20 to Wednesday 22 November. Traders from different countries around Europe had stalls selling a wide range of goods, including wines, cheeses, olives, hot snacks, sweets, cakes, flowers and handicrafts.
