Fir Tree Cottage is situated in the pretty village of Walberton in the South Downs, ten minutes from the West Sussex coastline and surrounded by numerous walks. Local shops and a friendly pub are within easy walking distance.

There are countless attractions close-by, including Chichester and Arundel festivals, Arundel Castle, naval dockyards of Portsmouth, in addition to nationally renowned events throughout the year such as Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival, Glorious Goodwood and racing at Fontwell.

Accommodation consists of two double rooms with a shared bathroom, a breakfast room, a garden to relax in and parking facilities.
