A theme of Venice runs throughout this season's Festival programme at the Chichester Festival Theatre. To celebrate the culmination of the summer events, which included the Venice Community Carnival and Venetian window-dressing competition, Chichester Chamber of Commerce, in association with the Theatre, are organising a Venetian masked ball - The Equinox Ball 2003.

The event will be held at the Assembly Rooms, North Street, Chichester, on Friday 26 September, and will include City dining, music, entertainment and dancing.

Book your tickets now! On sale to the general public - at £40 per person (including the meal), £2 of which is donated to charity. Dining is at 7pm with carriages at 1am; dress code is ball gowns, dinner jackets, masks and/or costumes.

Prizes, including a weekend for two in Venice, will be raffled in aid of the Snowdrop Trust and Dreams Come True.
